These egg rolls make the perfect Fourth of July appetizers or late night snacks. In addition to being delicious, these flavor packed egg rolls are super easy to make; all you need is one pot and an air-fryer or oven. Here's what you need:

1 lb of hamburg

  • 1 bag of 3 cheese mexican blend cheese

  • About 20 pickle chips cut into 4ths

  • 1 tsp of garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper

  • 1/4 tsp of cayenne (less if you want less spicy egg rolls)

  • 1 package of eggroll wrappers

  • 1 egg (whisked in a bowl to seal eggrolls)

Here's how I made it:

  1. Cook Hamburg on medium high heat for about 5-6 minutes until the meat is almost all browned.

  2. 1 minute before it's done strain the fat, add seasonings and cook for a minute more.

  3. Add the cheese and pickles.

  4. Put an egg-roll wrapper down and place a spoon and a half full of the filling in the bottom left corner.

  5. Fold the bottom corner, then the left and right side and roll it to the opposite edge.

  6. Rub a thin layer of the whisked egg on the corner and finish the roll.

  7. Place in a 375 degree oven for 8 minutes on the 2nd rack from the top (same goes fpr an air fryer)

  8. Flip them on the other side at 8 minutes and cook for another 8.

They have been a must have dish in my house ever since I whipped up the recipe, and I know they will be a great addition to yours!

Until next time!

Hi, thanks for stopping by!

Hey everyone! My name is Jillian DiLauro and I love food! I am a fiend for Italian cuisine and sweet things, even though I am what most people describe as a picky eater. Even so, food has always been a big part of my life; from learning to cook from my mom and from watching the cooking shows she always has on the television.
