Breakfast Pizza

I have loved breakfast pizza ever since I was introduced to it in high school. Unfortunately, there aren’t many places where I live the serve breakfast pizza anymore, so I thought I would try my hand at it. This recipe is super simple, with a delicious flaky crust.

Makes about 6 pieces of breakfast pizza.


The ingredients:

  • 1/2 Lb Bacon

  • 1 tube Crescent Dough Sheets

  • 2 eggs

  • Pinch, or 1/16 of a teaspoon of Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Paprika

  • 3 spoonfuls of Cheddar Jack Cheese

Here’s how it went down:

1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit, and line a sheet pan and spray it with non-stick cooking spray.

2. Dice bacon and cook on medium heat, for 7-8 minutes until the bacon is cooked. Set the bacon aside when finished.

3. Open up the dough sheet and lay it flat. Roll the corners of the dough sheet so it can hold the egg without flowing over the edges.

4. Whisk eggs and spices together and gently pour onto the dough.

5. Add bacon on the egg mixture and the cheese.

6. Put the pizza in the oven for 11-12 minutes.
